ACCOUNTANT BY DAY

I used to have a coworker who really liked that Dog Whisperer program that you sometimes run across on TV. I hadn’t even though about the program in quite a while, until my boyfriend came in last night and said he wanted to show me something on the internet. I was expecting Youtube, but he said, “Go to Amazon.” I did that. “Type in ‘Dog Whisperer’ now,” he said.

“This better not be a sex tape,” I joked.

He pointed to the image for the second season box cover and I began to laugh. It’s just a really hilarious image, and probably perfect for the show, which is kind of kooky anyway. The Dog Whisperer is standing like an action hero in the middle of the scene, holding up a pair of tennis balls in one hand while masses of vicious dogs are forcefully repelled from him. He looks like he has set up a magical force field around himself. Maybe the dogs are allergic to the color yellow, just like the Green Lantern.
