Placenta in a Bottle!

According to tonight’s episode of House, “some shampoos are practically a placenta in a bottle”! I don’t exactly think it was meant to be taken seriously, but this dramatic statement fascinated me and I can’t stop thinking about it now. What shampoos? Surely nothing I’ve bought? What does that even mean? “Practically” a placenta, so not literally. But still, wouldn’t that mean a shampoo significantly more organic than whatever chemical sludge comes out of my Garnier Fructis plastic squeeze bottle? Dr. Cameron must buy much pricier shampoo than I do. Because, placenta shampoo sounds freaking expensive. Like you’d have to have it sent from France or something. Or an Asian country.
